The
medical wing of the Dragonfly - isometric pre-rendered
scene for Mission to Mars POC. I modelled, lit and textured
the environment.
Map
interface - a screen showing how a map interface for
a proposed spy game might look like.
Forklift
- an in-game model of a zero-g 'forklift' that would be
used by the characters to move objects around.
Character
database screen - A 2D Photoshop creation showing
a pre-game screen.
Bridge
of the Dragonfly - isometric pre-rendered scene for
the Mission to Mars POC. I modelled and textured everything
here in 3DS Max.
Planet
of the apes skin - Milkshape and Photoshop working
together to make a better Counter-Strike model. I decided
after this that I would leave skinning to others.
In-game
2D interface screen - A working 2D interface where
players would figure out the status of certain characters.
Mission to Mars was envision as very much a character
management game along the lines of The Sims. I guess at
the same time Will Wright was working on the Sims.
Destiny
module - One of the modules of the International
Space Station with a docking system in place (the PMA).
Modelled and textured for real-time 3D.
Dragonfly
storage bay - Another screen from Mission to Mars
POC.
Another
bridge shot - Another screen from Mission to Mars
POC.
Transfer
tunnel on the DragonFly - where floating characters
would get jammed up against each other in the POC engine.
