You could describe it as raining cats and dogs this morning at the Vancouver Folk Music Festival but I think all the cats and dogs I know would have more sense than to stand in the deluge. Yet, people did show up, not just this stalwart. I'll have more to report later but am still uploading pictures from this morning. After digesting my dinner I'm back out there for the evening.

It has cleared up somewhat and is now hardly worth calling precipitation.
