One of the best-known and most-photographed natural formations in the south-west of the U.S. is now gone due to mother nature. The Wall Arch gave way to erosion and gravity this weekend according to Arches National Park authorities. The spokesman notes that this will eventually happen to all of the arches. I guess they'll have to rename the park then. This is just one of many places I'd hoped to visit (and photograph) and now can't.
